We were happy with everything. The room was slightly larger than we had expected: it was a corner room and had dual aspect with 4 large windows. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and was large, lovely and comfortable. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Kitchenette was good with a dishwasher, microwave ,sink and (I think a brand new) hob. Really well equipped. There was a T towel, washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets, too. Plenty of cupboard space and hanging areas. TV and large sofa which could be made out into a sofa bed. Bathroom very good. Location brilliant. St Anne’s car park not far and cheaper than parking in the street. Drop off at the monastery was convenient. We bought a couple of jars of ready meals (10 euros each) on sale at reception made by a very reputable firm. They were delicious and so easy to manage.

The apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay. Plus being in a monastery made it more special. It was a hot spell when we were there, 30 degrees but opening the windows in the evening helped to bring some fresh air in. The aircon was too noisy for our liking so we didn't use it nor the fan. Shower was great. We typically don't prefer a service apartment but this was clean and we could use the fridge for cheese and fruit we picked up along the way. It was a nice change to have a couch and dining area, after hiking and staying in refuges for a few days down south. Oh I needed to print a contract to sign and the reception printed it out for us for free. Dijon is a lovely city and exploring it on foot from the hotel was easy. We definitely would consider another Odalys apartment-hotel for our next stay in Europe.

We had just come from Paris where our extremely basic accommodation (a hostel) had cost us £120 a night and then we arrived here. My daughter could not believe it had cost just £50 for the night. The difference was incredible! The room was large and very well equipped (it even had a tiny dishwasher!) We were only staying for one night so it felt a bit wasted on us but if you were staying for longer you could make more use of the facilities on offer…fridge/sink/kettle/coffee machine/hob etc! The hotel was perfectly located in the old part of town. It was probably about a 10 min walk from the train station and was easy enough to find. There were some nice places to eat near by.

The room was located in a converted convent and was very cool. Our particular room had a kitchenette, table, sleeper sofa and then a cool loft area with a separate bedroom. While the stairs to that were narrow and steep, we really liked this property but for those with mobility issues, that type of room may pose to be an issue, We got the breakfast each morning which was simply wonderful. The property had a very nice courtyard and was within walking distance of the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a great location, close to city center and to a covered parking. It is clean and well equipped for a short stay; the staff was nice and very welcoming. I liked to have the bathroom and kitchen at ground floor and the bedroom in the mezzanine. Pets are welcome. Just in front of the reception there is space to take the luggage and bring it to the room, before going to the parking. Bonus: you can see the ruins of the altar of a church at the property :)
